What happens to your video
NextSet sends the squat clip you choose to its analysis service. The service processes it in a temporary directory and deletes that directory when the request finishes. We do not keep the uploaded video or the annotated result frame.
What we keep for 90 days
We retain a randomly generated event ID, issue category, confidence band, repetition count, model version, result or rejection status, rejection code, campaign tags, and timestamp. These fields help us understand whether the checker works and which educational campaigns lead to completed analyses.
Campaign links before analysis
If you arrive through a tagged educational link, NextSet keeps its source, medium, campaign, and content labels in your browser session storage. A CTA click may be counted before you use the analyzer. These short labels contain no visitor ID and are cleared when the browser session ends. They are attached to an analysis only after you check the consent box and start processing.
What we do not collect
The analytics record does not contain your name, email, account, filename, video, image, pose landmarks, raw joint observations, analysis ID, IP address, browser identifier, advertising cookie, or fingerprint. NextSet does not create a cross-session visitor profile.
Optional waitlist
If you separately join the waitlist, we retain the email address you submit so we can send product updates. It is stored apart from anonymous analysis events and is never linked to a video or analysis result.
Deletion and access
Anonymous outcome events are automatically deleted after 90 days. Public clients cannot read or write the analytics table. Only the analysis service can write events, and the local aggregate report returns counts rather than individual records.
Operational error monitoring
When the operator enables Sentry on the analysis service, NextSet may send application errors and limited performance traces to diagnose failures. Default personal-data collection is disabled. Sentry is operational telemetry, separate from the anonymous campaign table, and is enabled only when the deployment has a Sentry connection configured.
Your choice
The checkbox beside the analyzer asks for permission before processing begins. If you do not agree, do not upload a video.
